Najmi Bilgrami unveiled a show titled Interior Concepts at Karachi’s Imperial Gardens on June 22. Architects Zayd Bilgrami, Sarah and Ahsan Najmi had put together a number of room displays, complete with flooring, lighting and furniture in a variety of materials and styles. Modern design fused with traditional craftsmanship to produce elegant and functional living, dining and bedroom units. Furniture items priced at Rs 80,000 and above found ready buyers among the sizeable crowd attracted by the event.
