A very detail account related to the psychological problems faced by our journalists. We just use to watch news on tv while they suffer a lot to get these newz. No doubt, every profession needs commitment but i must say journalists are more committed in a sense that currently they are the most vulnerable group of people who are directly linked to dangerous zones. Nowadays life of everybody is at risk. Even in such hard times, they do stick to their duty instead of switching to some other safe jobs.
I remember one of my class fellow in university (i would not mention his name here), he use to be a very gay fellow, but now when i saw him doing reporting from swat and mingora like tough places in last one year, or probably two years, for a famous news channel then i really appreciate the way he carries out his duty with such maturity and commitment, and same like our all other journalists of north west.
Authority holders must bring this issue in front of provincial govt. In fact they themselves should take notice and must pay special attention and should provide support to our journalists in this war against terrorism.
