Food Diary: A Taste of Burma

A Burmese-influenced dish, khaosuey comprises coconut-milk based curry, dry spicy chicken (or beef) and noodles. Served with several other toppings, which include crispy fried noodles, spring onions and chopped red chillies, it takes many different elements to complete and perfect this particular dish.
